Visual Designer

We are looking for a creative Visual Designer to join Tericsoft fulltime!

Responsibilities:

  • Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for digital products. Develop design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Ensure consistency in design elements and visual style throughout the product.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the product's visual identity and brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with the branding team to ensure alignment with overall brand aesthetics.
  • Design custom graphics, icons, and illustrations to enhance the visual appeal of the product.
  • Optimize images and graphics for various screen sizes and resolutions.
  • Create designs that are responsive and adaptable to different devices and screen sizes.
  • Consider mobile and tablet user experiences in addition to desktop design.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to understand user needs and translate them into visually engaging designs.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or other relevant tools.
  • Stay updated on the latest design tools and industry trends.
  • Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and user flows.
  • Test and iterate on prototypes based on user feedback and usability testing.
  • Consider usability and accessibility principles in design to ensure an inclusive user experience.
  • Conduct accessibility audits and make necessary design adjustments.
  • Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides, design specifications, and design rationale.
  • Provide assets and design specifications for developers.
  • Gather user feedback on design concepts and incorporate insights into design iterations.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user testing results.
  • Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Attend conferences, webinars, or workshops to enhance design skills and knowledge.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and project goals.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and communicate progress to the team.
