What does Tericsoft look for in a partner?

A real network in the industries we serve, an honest read on whether an engagement fits, and a relationship-first approach. We are not optimising for volume, we are looking for partners whose introductions close and reach production.

What is the difference between Independent and Partner Firm?

Solo Referral Partners are individuals, consultants, advisors, or fractional execs, who introduce projects and earn 2 to 5 percent. Firm Partners are companies with a signed agreement, joint go-to-market, and up to 20 percent share.

When and how do I get paid?

Once your introduction signs and pays its first invoice, your share is logged. We pay quarterly, after we collect, by bank transfer, PayPal, or credit. Every quarter you also get a report showing what closed and what you earned.

Will Tericsoft go around me to my client?

No. Every introduction is registered to you, and we join pitches only when you want us in the room. The account, the relationship, and the renewal stay yours. We are the engineering bench behind you, never a party that goes around you.

What kind of engagements qualify?

AI work headed for production: new AI products built from scratch, AI wired into the systems a client already runs, or the data and cloud foundation beneath it. Best fit is a committed client doing $10M or more in revenue.
